The Mews

Weybridge, Surrey

Comprising of just seven four-bedroom/four storey townhouses and a three bedroom Lodge House, The Mews, Weybridge was designed and built in collaboration with Consero London.

This development presented a completely different approach for this Surrey town with the inspiration for this secure gated development taken from a traditional London mews.

Built on the brownfield site of a large, derelict detached house, this challenging high density development included stone porticos, sash-style windows, dramatic courtyards and an impressive large-scale water feature.

The lack of space on site was overcome with the incorporation of four storeys including an underground car park with individual access via the basement of each house.

These basements with their light wells housed gyms, media rooms and playrooms proved extremely popular. Some properties had large terraces on the first floor and all included a high quality specification throughout.
