Ten one and two bedroom apartments developed in collaboration with Reside Developments and located in the Town Centre Conservation Area, 100m from Guildford high street and including attractive views to the Castle Keep.

This 0.25-acre site consists of an existing three-storey building dating from the 1960’s and contains a launderette on the ground floor and four flats on the first/second floors. The existing building is in disrepair and has no architectural merit so requires either substantial refurbishment or redevelopment.

This property was purchased in joint venture with Reside Developments with a view to renting it out to secure some income whilst pursuing planning permission for redevelopment of the site. Detailed Planning Permission has now been granted for a new building containing ten one and two bedroom apartments.

The proposed building design is modern and aimed at enhancing the character and appearance of the conservation area. The proposals include a highly energy efficient building with a green living wall for the southwest flank, simple balconies and a penthouse with a large outside terrace (to maximise views).
